In 2011 Gearing Up is joining forces with the Linking Up inaugural
North West Community Service Providers Conference. Gearing Up in 2009 showcased
opportunities for people with a disability in education, employment and
leisure.
In 2011 the expo will showcase services, supports and activities available to families, individuals, children and people with disability on the North West Coast.
Linking Up Expo aims to connect individuals and community through showcasing what’s available in education and training and ways individuals can participate in employment, in voluntary work and in family and caring.
The expo will build individual and families understanding and capacity to use their local community’s resources.
The expo is being held at the Burnie Art & Function Centre 10am to 1pm following on from the Linking Up Conference held on the 11th of May.
The exhibitor registration closing date has now been extended to Tuesday the 3rd of May. Click on the button below to register.
