Get Ready for Study and Work: Ten Top tips for Young People who have a disability or chronic medical condition.  A booklet that asssists planning for the transition to Work, study at Uni or TAFE, or getting an apprenticeship or traineeship.

Tips for Tertiary: A resource for young people with disabilities embarking on tertiary education. A DVD to assist in the transition to tertiary education. Offers a range of tips and advice from current students and professionals.

Steps for the Future: An interactive computer game to engage students with positive messages about success they can achieve from school, study and employment. The setting is futuristic, but the game highlights issues that young people of all generations encounter.

Your Right to an Education: A booklet guide for students with a disability, their associates and education providers that explain sand provides case studies with regards to  the Education Standards
